The Eastern Bypass Regional Coalition, Inc. is comprised of businesses, organizations, families and individuals in Woodford, Tazewell and Peoria Counties.  The corporation was formed in July 2007 to create, organize and demonstrate support of the budgeting, planning, engineering and construction of the completion of the existing IL 6/I-474 Eastern Bypass.
