Human Services Transportation Plan

Tri-County Regional Planning Commission is responsible for creating a Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP) for the following two areas:
  • Illinois Region Five:  rural areas within Knox, Fulton, Marshall, Peoria, Stark, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties
  • Peoria-Pekin Urbanized Area
